This over 150 year-old masterpiece was made by the male French artist Honoré Daumier. The 150 year old artwork measures the size: 37,5 x 45,5 cm - frame dimensions: 61 x 71 x 7 cm. Oil on canvas was used by the French painter as the medium of the artwork. Today, this work of art can be viewed in in the collection of Belvedere in Vienna, Austria. With courtesy of - © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 1907 (license: public domain). The creditline of the artpiece is: purchase from art trade Wendlinger, Vienna in 1917. What is more, the alignment is in landscape format with a side ratio of 1.2 : 1, meaning that the length is 20% longer than the width. The painter Honoré Daumier was a European artist from France, whose art style can be classified as Realism. The French artist was born in the year 1808 in Marseilles and passed away at the age of 71 in 1879 in Valmondois near Paris.
