This 19th century work of art was made by the male French painter Édouard Manet in 1862. The original had the following size unframed: 94,7 x 113,7 cm (37 5/16 x 44 3/4 in) framed: 119 x 138 cm (46 7/8 x 54 5/16 in). Oil on canvas was used by the French artist as the medium of the work of art. What is more, this work of art can be viewed in in the Yale University Art Gallery's collection. Édouard Manet was a painter of French nationality, whose art style can primarily be attributed to Realism. The European painter was born in 1832 and passed away at the age of 51 in 1883.
