The beyond 150 years old original was made with the following dimensions: 33 × 24,9 cm (13 × 9 7/8 in) and was painted with the techinque oil on canvas. It is part of the collection of Art Institute Chicago, which is one of the world’s great art museums, housing a collection that spans centuries and the globe. Constant Troyon was a painter of French nationality, whose artistic style can be classified as Realism. The European painter lived for a total of 55 years and was born in 1810 in Sevres, Ile-de-France, France and passed away in 1865.
