"Signed lower left side: Stauffer" was the painting's inscription. It forms part of the digital art collection of Belvedere, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. The painter Viktor Stauffer was an artist, whose art style was primarily Realism. The Austrian painter was born in 1852 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria and passed away at the age of 82 in 1934 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria.
