• Poster print (canvas material): The poster is a printed flat canvas with a fine structure on the surface. Please keep in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin 2-6cm around the artwork in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.

This over 210 year old artwork was created by the artist Sir Henry Raeburn. The piece of art measures the size: 119,4 × 95,2 cm (47 × 37 1/2 in) and was produced with the medium oil on canvas. This piece of art is in the the collection of Art Institute Chicago. We are delighted to reference that this artpiece, which belongs to the public domain is being included with courtesy of Art Institute Chicago. Also, the artpiece has the following creditline: Bequest of Florence Thompson Thomas in memory of her father, John R. Thompson Sr.. On top of that, alignment is portrait and has a side ratio of 1 : 1.2, which implies that the length is 20% shorter than the width. Sir Henry Raeburn was a painter of Scottish nationality, whose artistic style can be attributed primarily to Rococo. The painter was born in the year 1756 and passed away at the age of 67 in 1823.
