The work of art was painted with the size: height: 121,8 cm width: 100,5 cm | height: 48 in width: 39,6 in. Oil on canvas was used by the Dutch painter as the medium of the painting. The artwork has the following text as inscrption: "signed: AEt 84. / .N.MAES / 1[...]". The artpiece can be viewed in in the art collection of Mauritshuis, which the Mauritshuis is home to the best artworks of Dutch painting of the seventeenth century.
