Nymph and Faun with Cupid was by the Austrian painter Martin Johann Schmidt in 1795. The version of the masterpiece measures the following dimensions: 44 x 33 cm - frame dimensions: 54 x 43 x 4 cm and was painted on the medium oil on canvas. This piece of art belongs to the Belvedere's art collection, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. In addition to this, the alignment of the digital reproduction is portrait with a ratio of 1 : 1.4, meaning that the length is 29% shorter than the width. Martin Johann Schmidt was a male painter, etcher of Austrian nationality, whose art style can primarily be classified as Baroque. The Austrian artist lived for 83 years and was born in 1718 in Grafenwörth, Lower Austria and died in 1801.
