The over 140 year-old work of art Saint Mary Magdalene was painted by the German painter Gebhard Flatz. The original measures the dimensions: 96,5 x 75,5 cm - frame: 124 × 103 × 6 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the German artist as the medium of the work of art. The artpiece has the following inscription: signed and Dated below: Gebhard. Flatz / pinxit 1876th. What is more, this work of art is included in the Belvedere's digital collection in Vienna, Austria. The modern art artwork, which belongs to the public domain is provided with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 2976. Creditline of the artwork: transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna in 1929. The alignment of the digital reproduction is portrait and has an image ratio of 3 : 4, which implies that the length is 25% shorter than the width. The painter Gebhard Flatz was an artist, whose artistic style was primarily Romanticism. The Romanticist painter was born in the year 1800 in Wolfurt, Vorarlberg, Austria and deceased at the age of 81 in 1881 in Bregenz, Vorarlberg, Austria.
