This 16th century painting John the Baptist being carried to Zacharias was created by Francesco Granacci in 1510. The original was painted with the size Unframed: 76,2 x 33 cm (30 x 13 in) and was produced on the medium tempera and oil with gold on wood. The painter Francesco Granacci was a European artist, whose artistic style can primarily be assigned to High Renaissance. The High Renaissance painter was born in the year 1469 and died at the age of 74 in the year 1543 in Florence, Firenze province, Tuscany, Italy.
