Product materials our customers can pick from

The product dropdown menu gives you the opportunity to select your prefered size and material. In order match your personal requirements perfectly, you can choose among the following product customization options:

  • Poster print (canvas material): The poster is a UV printed sheet of cotton canvas with a slightly rough surface texture. A poster print is excellently suited for framing your art print with the help of a customized frame. Please note, that depending on the size of the poster we add a white margin of around 2-6cm round about the artwork in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
  • Aluminium dibond print: An Aluminium Dibond print is a print material with a true depth. Its non-reflective surface structure creates a contemporary impression. For our Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print your favorite work of art on the aluminium surface. The bright and white components of the original artwork shimmer with a silky gloss, however without the glow. The direct UV print on Aluminum Dibond is one of the most popular entry-level products and is a modern way to showcase fine art reproductions, since it puts all of the viewer’s attention on the image.
  • Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating on top): The acrylic glass print, which is often referenced as a UV print on plexiglass, makes your favorite original into brilliant décor and offers a viable alternative to canvas or dibond fine art prints. The acrylic glass protects your custom art print against light and external influences for between 40-60 years.
  • Canvas: The canvas print is a printed cotton canvas mounted on a wooden frame. A canvas has a special effect of three dimensionality. Hanging a canvas print: Canvas Prints have the advantage of being relatively low in weight, which means that it is quite simple to hang up the Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. A canvas print is suited for all kinds of walls.

Important legal note: We try what we can to depict our art products as accurately as possible and to illustrate them visually on the product detail pages. Nevertheless, the tone of the printed materials and the print result can diverge somehwat from the presentation on the monitor. Depending on your screen settings and the condition of the surface, color pigments can unfortunately not be printed as exactly as the digital version depicted here. Considering that all the fine art prints are printed and processed manually, there might as well be minor differences in the exact position and the size of the motif.

Supplemental information from the museum (© - by Belvedere - Belvedere)

Given the fact that people in the Baroque often died at a young age, it is no surprise that the death of St. Joseph, who is considered the patron saint of the dying, has been particularly shown often. It is striking that such representations always go back to the same type that was originally coined by Carlo Maratta. Including Caspar Franz Sambach resorted to the composition of the great Roman painter, and he may will have been known in the parish church of Platt at Zeller village in Lower Austria Paul Troger version.
