Oil on canvas was used by the Austrian painter as the medium of the work of art. The original masterpiece has the following text as inscrption: signed lower right: C. Schuch. This artpiece is part of the collection of Belvedere in Vienna, Austria. With courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 1095 (public domain). : purchase from Schuch-Löcker, Vienna in 1910. Further, the alignment of the digital reproduction is in landscape format and has an aspect ratio of 1.2 : 1, meaning that the length is 20% longer than the width. Carl Schuch was a painter, whose style was primarily Realism. The Realist artist was born in the year 1846 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria and deceased at the age of 57 in 1903.
