This more than 100 years old work of art Still Life with Fruit on green cloth was created by Anton Faistauer. The original measures the size: 70,4 x 85,5 cm - frame dimensions: 83 x 99 x 8 cm. Oil on canvas was used by the painter as the technique for the painting. Signed and dated lower right: Faistauer / 1911 is the artwork's original inscription. Nowadays, the piece of art can be viewed in in the Belvedere's collection. This modern art artwork, which is part of the public domain is being included with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 4391. : purchase from gallery Würthle & Sohn Nachf., Vienna in 1950. Furthermore, alignment is in landscape format and has a ratio of 1.2 : 1, which means that the length is 20% longer than the width. The painter Anton Faistauer was an artist from Austria, whose style can mainly be assigned to Expressionism. The artist was born in the year 1887 in Martin near Lofer, Salzburg and deceased at the age of 43 in the year 1930.
