Van Mieris demonstrates his superb artistry in this painting. The dazzling array of materials and textures is a feast for the eyes. The fur of the hare, the feathers of the pheasants and ducks, the stone of the relief –all of this is rendered with the utmost, almost tangible precision. The figures are framed twice, as it were: by the arched stone window and the actual frame around the painting.

Available materials

The product dropdown list provides you with the possibility to choose the material and sizeaccording to your individual preferences. Pick your favorite size and material among the following options:

  • Aluminium dibond print: An Aluminium Dibond print is a print material with an outstanding depth. The non-reflective surface creates a fashionable impression. A direct Direct Print on Aluminum Dibond is the excellent introduction to art prints manufactured with aluminum. For the Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print the chosen artwork onto the surface of the aluminum. Colors are bright and luminous in the highest definition, the fine details are clear and crisp.
  • The poster print (canvas material): The Artprinta poster print is a printed canvas paper with a slightly roughened texture on the surface. It is ideally used for putting the art replica using a custom frame. Please note, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin between 2 - 6cm around the print to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
  • Canvas print: The canvas print, not to be mistaken with an artwork painted on a canvas, is a digital image applied onto cotton canvas. A canvas produces a sculptural impression of three dimensionality. Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, which implies that it is quite simple to hang up the Canvas print without the support of any wall-mounts. Hence, canvas prints are suitable for any kind of wall.
  • Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating): An print on acrylic glass, often named a plexiglass print, will change an original work of art into beautiful décor. In addition, the acrylic glass art print offers a viable alternative to canvas and aluminidum dibond fine art replicas. Your artwork is being printed with the help of modern UV print technology. The great advantage of an acrylic glass fine art print is that contrasts as well as small image details will be visible because of the delicate tonal gradation in the print.
