Luis de Morales was celebrated for his devotional images. Their exquisite facture and morbid sensibility made them perfect vehicles for meditation and earned him the epithet "El Divino." He was the favorite painter of the religious reformer and saint Juan de Ribera (1532–1611). As one prominent scholar has noted: "No Spanish painter was ever to surpass Morales in expressing the passionate, personal faith of the mystical writers." This extremely fine picture was owned by Pope Pius VII and upon his death in 1823 passed to his family, who retained it until 2014.

The colors of the print are luminous, fine details of the print are crisp and clear. This UV print on Aluminum Dibond is one of the most demanded entry-level products and is an extremely modern way to display fine art reproductions, as it puts 100% of the viewer’s focus on the image.
  • Poster print (canvas material): The Artprinta poster print is a UV printed sheet of canvas with a nice surface structure. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin between 2-6cm round about the artwork, which facilitates the framing with a custom frame.
  • The acrylic glass print: A glossy acrylic glass print, which is often described as a print on plexiglass, will transform your original work of art into gorgeous wall décor. Further, it is a viable alternative to canvas or aluminium dibond fine art replicas. Your favorite work of art will be custom-made thanks to state-of-the-art UV printing machines. This creates vivid, deep colors. The great upside of a plexiglass fine art print is that contrasts and small painting details will be more visible due to the very fine tonal gradation in the picture.
