The more than 370 year-old masterpiece named "Tale of the Soldier" was made by the baroque artist Karel Dujardin in 1650. The more than 370 years old original version has the dimensions: 89,5 x 80 cm (35 1/4 x 31 1/2 in) other: 86,4 x 78,7 cm (34 x 31 in) and was painted with the technique oil on canvas. The piece of art is included in the digital collection of Yale University Art Gallery, which belongs to Yale University and is the oldest art museum of a university in the western hemisphere.
