This over 370 year-old work of art was made by the male German painter Jürgen Ovens. What is more, the artwork forms part of the Rijksmuseum's digital collection, which is the largest museum for Dutch art and history from the Middle Ages to the present day. The painter Jürgen Ovens was a European artist from Germany, whose art style was primarily Baroque. The European artist was born in the year 1623 in Tönning and deceased at the age of 55 in 1678 in Friedrichstadt.
