In 1625 the painter Cornelis van Poelenburch painted this baroque artpiece "Mercury and Herse". The masterpiece has the dimensions: height: 17,7 cm width: 26,8 cm | height: 7 in width: 10,6 in and was painted on the medium oil on panel. "Signed: CP" is the artpiece's inscription. The artpiece can be viewed in in the digital collection of Mauritshuis, which the Mauritshuis is home to the best artworks of Dutch painting of the seventeenth century.
