The modern art piece of art was painted by Josef Anton Koch. The original was painted with the absolute dimensions 103,5 x 148 cm - frame size: 125 x 170 x 6 cm and was crafted on the medium oil on canvas. Signed lower left: J.K. was the masterpiece's inscription. Nowadays, the work of art belongs to the digital art collection of Belvedere in Vienna, Austria. With courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 2096 (public domain). Additionally, the work of art has the creditline: transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna in 1921. In addition to this, the alignment is landscape with a side ratio of 1.4 : 1, which implies that the length is 40% longer than the width. Josef Anton Koch was a painter, whose artistic style can primarily be classified as Classicism. The painter was born in the year 1768 in Obergiblen, Tyrol and passed away at the age of 71 in the year 1839 in Rome.
