John Van der Wall is a work of art by the baroque British artist Thomas Hudson in 1750. The over 270 year old original measures the size 127,3 × 101,9 cm (50 1/8 × 40 1/8 in) and was painted with the medium oil on canvas. The artwork is in the the digital art collection of Art Institute Chicago, which is one of the world’s great art museums, housing a collection that spans centuries and the globe. The creditline of the artwork is the following: Gift of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Reed Armstrong.
