Tent of the head of the Moroccan army (Sidi Mohammmed bin Abd-el-Rahman, son of the Emperor of Morocco), taken at the battle of Isly on 14 August 1844 and exposed to the Tuileries Gardens, the current 1 borough. Urban landscape. Genre scene. Historic stage. The tent occupies the site of the Great Basin of the Tuileries.

Following the Battle of Isly won by the troops of General Bugeaud against Moroccans led by Sidi Mohammed, son of the Emperor, the tent it was brought as a war trophy by the Duke of Aumale and exposed the next month, for several weeks, the Tuileries gardens. A piece of this tent is kept at the Military Museum of Perigord.
