The 19th century work of art was painted by the painter Hans Canon. The artwork measures the size: 54 x 89 cm - frame: 106 x 141 x 19 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the artist as the technique for the piece of art. The original artwork is inscribed with the information: "signed and dated lower right: CANON. 1875th". Today, the artwork forms part of the digital art collection of Belvedere in Vienna, Austria. With courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 4031 (licensed - public domain). Creditline of the artwork: purchase from Paula Schleiffelder, Vienna in 1946. Besides this, the alignment is in landscape format and has a ratio of 16 : 9, meaning that the length is 78% longer than the width. The artist Hans Canon was a European artist, whose art style can primarily be classified as Historicism. The German artist lived for 56 years - born in 1829 in Vienna and died in the year 1885.
