Possible material options
For every fine art print we offer a range of different materials and sizes. In order match your personal requirements perfectly, you can choose among the following product customization options:
- Aluminium dibond print (metal): These are metal prints on alu dibond with an impressive depth. A direct Aluminium Dibond Print is your best introduction to art replicas on aluminum. For our Aluminium Dibond print, we print your artpiece on the aluminium white-primed surface. The bright components of the original work of art shine with a silky gloss but without any glare.
- Printed poster (canvas material): The Artprinta poster is a printed canvas paper with a slightly roughened surface structure. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin of something between 2-6 cm round about the painting, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
- Printed acrylic glass (with real glass coating on top): The print on acrylic glass, which is often named as a print on plexiglass, changes the original into marvellous home decoration. The great upside of an acrylic glass fine art print is that contrasts and also minor details become identifiable due to the very fine gradation in the print. Our real glass coating protects your chosen fine art print against sunlight and heat for several decades.
- Canvas print: The canvas direct print is a printed canvas mounted on a wood stretcher. A printed canvas of your favorite masterpiece will allow you to transform your into a large artpiece as you know from galleries. Hanging a canvas print: Canvas Prints have the great advantage of being relatively low in weight. This means, it is easy and straightforward to hang up the Canvas print without the help of additional wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suited for all types of walls.
Legal disclaimer: We try everything in order to depict the art products as exact as possible and to exhibit them visually on the different product detail pages. Please bear in mind that the tone of the print products and the imprint might vary to a certain extent from the presentation on your device's screen. Depending on the settings of your screen and the nature of the surface, not all color pigments can be printed as exactly as the digital version. Because all the art prints are processed and printed manually, there may as well be minor differences in the motif's size and exact position.

What does the website of the The Metropolitan Museum of Art write about this artwork from the painter Goya? (© Copyright - The Metropolitan Museum of Art - The Metropolitan Museum of Art)
In the spring of 1778 Goya submitted an oil cartoon depcting the blind guitatist to the Royal Tapestry Factory of Santa Barbara in Madrid for it to be woven into a tapestry. Because of the complexity of the design it proved too difficult for the weavers to interpret and alterations had to be made. This etching - his largest ever and the only print after one of his own works - is thought to record his first design before he modified it. The modified cartoon is today in the Museo del Prado, Madrid. Goya recognized the ability of the etching medium to convey minute detail and in this print, he emphasises the different expressions of those surrounding the guitarist. Few impresions of this print are known. This is a working proof touched by the artist with graphite.
