The product offering

The work of art was made by the artist František Slabý. The 120 years old masterpiece measures the size: 47,5 x 64 cm - frame dimensions: 71 x 88,5 x 6,5 cm and was painted with the medium oil on canvas. The original painting has the following inscription: signed and dated lower right: Fr. Slaby 99. This work of art is in the the Belvedere's digital collection located in Vienna, Austria. With courtesy of - © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 343 (public domain license). The creditline of the artpiece is the following: purchase from Union of Artists, Prague in 1899. Moreover, alignment of the digital reproduction is landscape and has an aspect ratio of 1.4 : 1, which implies that the length is 40% longer than the width. The painter František Slabý was an artist, whose art style can be attributed mainly to Art Nouveau. The painter lived for 56 years - born in 1863 in Sazená at Welwarn / Velvary and died in the year 1919 in Sazená.
