The product offering

In 1837 the artist Adalbert Stifter painted this 19th century masterpiece. The over 180 years old original was made with the following dimensions: 36 x 45 cm - frame dimensions: 54 x 62 x 7 cm. Oil on canvas was used by the European artist as the medium of the work of art. The original artwork is inscribed with the information: "signed and dated lower left: founder in 1837 [under the framework]". Creditline of the artwork: purchase from private property, Vienna in 1967. Moreover, alignment of the digital reproduction is landscape and has an aspect ratio of 1.2 : 1, which means that the length is 20% longer than the width. The writer, teacher, poet, painter Adalbert Stifter was a European artist, whose art style can be classified as Realism. The Austrian painter lived for a total of 63 years - born in the year 1805 in Oberplan / Horni Plana, Czech Republic and died in the year 1868 in Linz, Rhineland Palatinate, Germany.
