This 19th century artpiece named Repentance of Nineveh was painted by the romanticist master John Martin in 1840. The original measures the size - 35,6 x 41,6 cm (14 x 16 3/8 in) framed: 47,3 x 53 x 6 cm (18 5/8 x 20 7/8 x 2 3/8 in) and was made with the technique of oil on canvas. Today, this piece of art is included in the Yale University Art Gallery's collection.
