Portrait of Francisco Hurtado de Mendoza (1546-1623), Admirant of Aragon, general in the army of Archduke Albert of Austria. Knee piece, standing in armor, to the right. Command Staff in right hand, left hand on the hilt of his sword. The upper left arm Admirant of Arragon, right the family crest. Across the chest a sash and a chain having an oval cross jewel with the lily of Calatrava.
