For every fine art print we offer a range of different materials & sizes. The following options are available for individualization:
- The canvas print: The printed canvas applied on a wooden stretcher frame. A canvas print has the advantage of being relatively low in weight, meaning that it is easy to hang up your Canvas print without the use of additional wall-mounts. A canvas print is suited for all types of walls.
- Aluminium dibond (metal print): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print material with an impressive depth, which makes a contemporary look thanks to a surface structure, which is non-reflective. A direct Direct Print on Aluminum Dibond is your ideal start to art prints with aluminum. For the Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print your selected artpiece onto the aluminium composite surface. The colors of the print are luminous, fine details appear crisp, and the print has a a matte look you can literally feel.
- Printed poster (canvas material): The Artprinta poster is a printed canvas with a slight surface finish. It is used for framing the art replica with the help of a custom frame. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2-6cm around the artwork, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
- The acrylic glass print: An print on acrylic glass, often named a plexiglass print, will change the original into beautiful wall decoration. In addition to that, it offers a good alternative option to canvas or dibond fine art replicas. The work of art is being manufactured thanks to state-of-the-art UV print technology. It makes vibrant, deep color hues. The great benefit of a plexiglass fine art print is that contrasts as well as color details will be recognizeable because of the very subtle gradation in the picture.
Important information: We try to depict the products with as many details as possible and to demonstrate them visually on the different product detail pages. Although, the tone of the printing material, as well as the printing can vary slightly from the presentation on your device's monitor. Seated on a stone step in the countryside, a young girl has realized that her calling in life is to be an artist. Bouguereau was famous for his innovative depictions of children. In 1900 a critic wrote, "[F]ew artists have represented childhood with more tenderness, charm, and spirit than Bouguereau . . . [H]e has invented the most picturesque, the most pleasing, the most original scenes of an almost endless variety." Bouguereau was no less famous for his remarkably life-like images. Here he convincingly captures the girl's rough clothing, soft skin, and intense gaze. Bouguereau painted this work in La Rochelle, a harbor city on France's west coast. During the later years of his life, Bouguereau—by then wealthy and famous—made a habit of spending summers in La Rochelle. There the artist lived in a mansion he owned near the port, working in a greenhouse he had converted into a studio or in the countryside. While in La Rochelle, Bouguereau chose his models from among farm workers, families of local fishermen, or his own servants.
