From 1807 to 1809 Kleijn worked in and around Paris. Two of his landscapes from this period reveal his gratitude to Louis Napoleon. The King had bought two châteaux at Saint-Leu-la-Forêt, while his brother Napoleon owned the Château de Saint-Cloud (portrayed in the companion piece). Although this picture received great praise, it was also criticized for being too detailed and realistic. Kleijn did indeed take a grander approach in his view of Saint-Cloud.

- Printed poster (canvas material): A poster print is a UV printed sheet of flat cotton canvas paper with a granular surface texture. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin between 2-6cm around the print motif in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
- Printed acrylic glass with a glossy effect (with real glass coating): A glossy print on acrylic glass, which is often described as a an art print on plexiglass, transforms the original artwork into great décor and forms a good alternative option to aluminium or canvas prints. The artwork is printed with modern UV print technology. It creates rich, impressive colors. The great benefit of an acrylic glass print is that contrasts and granular details will be recognizeable with the help of the precise gradation.
- Canvas print: A printed canvas, not to be mistaken with a real painting on a canvas, is an image printed on a UV direct printing machine. Further, a printed canvas creates a cosy and pleasing ambience. A canvas print has the great advantage of being low in weight, which means that it is quite simple to hang up your Canvas print without additional wall-mounts. That is why, a canvas print is suited for any kind of wall in your house.
- Aluminium dibond (metal print): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print material with an impressive effect of depth. The Direct Print on Aluminum Dibond is the excellent start to art reproductions with aluminum. For your Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print the selected work of art onto the aluminium composite surface. The bright & white parts of the original work of art shimmer with a silky gloss but without glare.
