Background information on the over 120 years old artpiece

This modern art artpiece was created by the art nouveau master Otto Seraphim Peters. The version of the artwork measures the size of 50 x 33 cm - frame dimensions: 76 x 59 x 9 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the artist as the technique for the artwork. The artwork's inscription is: signed, name and dated lower right: Otto Peters. Castle Gerasdorf / for July 8, 1891. The artpiece can be viewed in in the collection of Belvedere in Vienna, Austria. With courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 6252 (licensed - public domain). The creditline of the artpiece is: donation from M. R. Post, London in 1978. Further, the alignment is in portrait format with a side ratio of 2 : 3, meaning that the length is 33% shorter than the width. The painter Otto Seraphim Peters was an artist, whose art style can be classified as Art Nouveau. The Art Nouveau painter lived for a total of 50 years - born in the year 1858 in Budapest and passed away in 1908 in Vienna.
