Available materials
For every art print we offer different sizes and materials. The following sizes and materials are the options we offer you for individualization:
- Canvas: The canvas direct print is a printed canvas stretched on a wood stretcher. A canvas creates the distinctive look of three-dimensionality. The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, meaning that it is easy and straightforward to hang your Canvas print without the help of any wall-mounts. Therefore, a canvas print is suited for all kinds of walls.
- Printed acrylic glass (with real glass coating): The print on acrylic glass, often referred to as a UV print on plexiglass, will transform an artwork into beautiful wall decoration and is a great alternative option to canvas and dibond fine art prints. Our real glass coating protects your custom art replica against sunlight and heat for between 40-60 years.
- Aluminium dibond (metal print): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print with a true depth effect. For your Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print your selected artwork onto the surface of the aluminum material. This direct UV print on aluminium is the most popular entry-level product and is a sophisticated way to display art, as it draws focus on the whole artwork.
- Printed poster (canvas material): The poster is a printed canvas with a slight surface texture, that resembles the actual artwork. Please note, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin 2 - 6cm round about the painting in order to facilitate the framing with a custom frame.
Important note: We try the best we can to depict our products as accurate as possible and to display them visually in our shop. However, the pigments of the printed materials, as well as the print result might vary marginally from the presentation on your monitor. Depending on the settings of your screen and the nature of the surface, not all color pigments are printed one hundret percent realistically. Because all the art prints are printed and processed by hand, there may also be minor variations in the exact position and the size of the motif.
