"Jacob meeting Rachel by the flocks of her father" is a piece of art created by the painter Joseph von Führich. The original version was made with the size: 66,3 x 90,5 cm - frame dimensions: 101 x 127 x 11 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the artist as the medium of the masterpiece. The original artwork was inscribed with the information: signed and dated lower right: Jos. Fiihrich pinxit / A.D. 1836. Furthermore, the artwork is part of the collection of Belvedere. The modern art public domain artpiece is provided with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 2095. Creditline of the artwork: transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna in 1921. The alignment of the digital reproduction is landscape with a side ratio of 1.4 : 1, which implies that the length is 40% longer than the width. The painter Joseph von Führich was an artist, whose artistic style was primarily Romanticism. The Romanticist painter lived for a total of 76 years, born in 1800 in Kratzau / Chrastava, Czech Republic and passed away in 1876 in Vienna.
