In 1855 the artist Eduard Jakob von Steinle made this modern art artpiece named "Holy Family with Saint John the Baptist". The version of the piece of art was made with the size: 96 x 134 cm - frame: 111 × 152,5 × 6,5 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the artist as the medium of the artwork. The original artwork is inscribed with the following text: monogram and dated lower right: STE / 1855 [S, T and E ligated]. Besides, the artpiece can be viewed in in the Belvedere's art collection, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. The modern art public domain masterpiece is being included with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 3261. The creditline of the artpiece is: transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna. - 1933 inventory in 1921. Moreover, alignment of the digital reproduction is in landscape format and has a ratio of 1.4 : 1, which means that the length is 40% longer than the width. The painter Eduard Jakob von Steinle was an artist, whose style can be classified as Romanticism. The painter lived for 76 years - born in the year 1810 in Vienna and died in 1886.
