Oil on canvas was applied by the painter as the medium of the artpiece. The original artwork has the following text as inscrption: "signed and dated lower right: C.C. KANNEMANS.1853.". The artpiece is included in the Belvedere's digital collection. We are happy to mention that the artpiece, which is in the public domain is being supplied with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 7865. The creditline of the artpiece is the following: transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna in 1987. Moreover, alignment is in landscape format and has an aspect ratio of 1.4 : 1, which implies that the length is 40% longer than the width. The artist Christian Cornelis Kannemans was a European artist from the Netherlands, whose style can mainly be classified as Realism. The European painter was born in the year 1812 in Breda, Netherlands and deceased at the age of 72 in 1884.
