The original version measures the size: framed: 67,31 x 55,88 x 14,605 cm (26 1/2 x 22 x 5 3/4 in) and was painted on the medium oil on canvas. It can be viewed in in the digital collection of Yale University Art Gallery. The public domain artpiece is being supplied with courtesy of Yale University Art Gallery. Creditline of the artwork: Formerly the property of Miss Belle Skinner, Holyoke, Massachusetts. Given by members of the Skinner/Kilborne family to the Yale University Collection of Musical Instruments in 1959. The alignment of the digital reproduction is portrait with a ratio of 3 : 4, meaning that the length is 25% shorter than the width. The painter Jean-Baptiste Greuze was an artist from France, whose art style can be classified as Rococo. The European painter was born in the year 1725 in Tournus, Bourgogne-Franche-Comte, France and deceased at the age of 80 in 1805 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France.
