Gallows, guillotine, abbot Hedgeworth, National Guard, drum, tricolor, Charles-Henri Sanson, Antoine-Joseph Santerre.
Of the four paintings by Benazech depicting the last days of the king, "the execution of Louis XVI," was the most played scene by printmaking. It is inspired by the highly symbolic exchange between the king and his confessor, Fr. time Edgeworth, who sent him the last words "Son of St. Louis, ascend to heaven."

Hanging your canvas print: Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, which means that it is quite simple to hang the Canvas print without any wall-mounts. Because of thatcanvas prints are suited for all kinds of walls.
- Aluminium dibond (metal print): Aluminium Dibond prints are prints on metal with an impressive depth effect, which makes a modern look thanks to a surface , which is non-reflective. The Aluminium Dibond Print is the excellent start to reproductions with aluminum. For the Direct Aluminium Dibond option, we print the chosen work of art right on the aluminium surface. The white & bright parts of the original artpiece shimmer with a silky gloss but without glow.
- Print on acrylic glass (with real glass coating): A glossy print on acrylic glass, which is sometimes described as a print on plexiglass, transforms your favorite original artwork into amazing décor. Further, the acrylic print is a distinct alternative option to dibond and canvas fine art prints. The major advantage of a plexiglass fine art copy is that contrasts and also color details will be identifiable with the help of the delicate tonal gradation in the print. Our real glass coating protects your custom art print against light and external influences for decades.
- Poster (canvas material): The Artprinta poster print is a printed canvas with a slightly roughened surface texture, that resembles the actual work of art. Please bear in mind, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin of around 2-6cm around the artwork to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
