The over 180 year-old work of art called Man in Black was created by the artist Unknown in 1840. The 180 year old work of art has the following size - 67,3 × 57,5 cm (26 1/2 × 22 5/8 in) and was produced with the technique oil on canvas. Nowadays, this artwork is included in the art collection of Art Institute Chicago in Chicago, Illinois, United States of America. This artpiece, which is part of the public domain is included with courtesy of Art Institute Chicago. The creditline of the artwork is the following: Gift of the Estate of Edgar William and Bernice Chrysler Garbisch. In addition to that, the alignment of the digital reproduction is portrait with an image ratio of 1 : 1.2, which means that the length is 20% shorter than the width.
