• Poster print (canvas material): A poster is a UV printed sheet of canvas paper with a fine structure on the surface. Please note, that depending on the absolute size of the poster print we add a white margin between 2-6cm round about the print motif, which facilitates the framing.
• Canvas: The canvas print, not to be confused with an artwork painted on a canvas, is a digital replica printed directly on cotton canvas fabric. Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, which means that it is quite simple to hang up your Canvas print without the support of extra wall-mounts. This landscape clearly reveals how indebted Mondriaan was to the Hague School as a young artist. A few years earlier, he had copied Gabriëls’ In the Month of July in the Rijksmuseum (on view in this gallery). Although the compositions resemble each other, the general impression in each case is entirely different. Mondriaan modified the lines and colours in order to create a non-realistic, decorative painting.

In 1903 the male painter Piet Mondrian made the impressionist piece of art titled "Oostzijdse Mill along the River Gein by Moonlight". The 110 year-old version of the painting has the size: h 63cm × w 75,4cm and was painted with the techinque of oil on canvas. Today, the work of art is part of the art collection of Rijksmuseum, which is the largest museum for Dutch art and history from the Middle Ages to the present day. Further, the alignment is landscape with an image ratio of 1.2 : 1, which implies that the length is 20% longer than the width. The artist, painter Piet Mondrian was a European artist from the Netherlands, whose style can be attributed primarily to Impressionism. The painter was born in 1872 in Amersfoort, Utrecht province, Netherlands and deceased at the age of 72 in the year 1944.
