Legs wide apart and his right arm akimbo, Croeser sits on the stoop of his house on the Oude Delft canal in Delft. His thirteen-year-old daughter Catharina looks straight out at us. Jan Steen included a narrative element in this portrait: a poor woman and child beg for alms from the wealthy grain merchant. In 1657, just two years after this portrait was made, Croeser stood surety for Steen, who was seriously in debt.

- The acrylic glass print (with real glass coating): A glossy print on acrylic glass, which is often named as a an art print on plexiglass, changes your chosen original into wonderful home décor and forms a good alternative option to canvas and dibond fine art replicas. The work of art is being made thanks to the help of modern UV direct printing machines. The effect of this are vivid, impressive colors. The great advantage of an acrylic glass fine art print is that contrasts and smaller painting details will be more identifiable due to the subtle tonal gradation of the print. The real glass coating protects your custom art replica against light and external influences for between four and 6 decades.
- Poster (canvas material): A poster print is a UV printed flat canvas paper with a nice finish on the surface, which reminds the actual masterpiece. Please keep in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster we add a white margin between 2-6cm around the print motif, which facilitates the framing with a custom frame.
- Canvas: The canvas direct print is a printed cotton canvas mounted on a wood stretcher. Canvas prints are relatively low in weight. That means, it is easy to hang the Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. That is why, a canvas print is suited for any type of wall.
- Metal (aluminium dibond print): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print with an impressive effect of depth. For the Direct Aluminium Dibond option, we print your selected artpiece onto the surface of the white-primed aluminum composite.
