The over 500 year old work of art was painted by Giovanni Cariani. The original was painted with the size: 68,7 x 71,7 cm (27 1/16 x 28 1/4 in). Oil transferred from panel to canvas was applied by the painter as the medium of the masterpiece. Moveover, the artwork can be viewed in in the Yale University Art Gallery's digital collection in New Haven, Connecticut, United States of America. Furthermore, alignment of the digital reproduction is in square format with a side ratio of 1 : 1, which implies that the length is equal to the width. Giovanni Cariani was a painter, whose style was mainly High Renaissance. The painter lived for 75 years - born in the year 1485 and passed away in the year 1560.
